We offer you to be part of our interviewer pool where you can choose the shifts you want and can work, and we will match needs and assign shifts according to the current needs of the business. Therefore, there are no guarantees for a certain number of shifts.

Your tasks

The job of an interviewer at Ipsos Norm involves conducting interviews with individuals to collect data and information. As an interviewer, you work with data collection in various areas such as market research and opinion surveys, and the data collection is done using different methods, usually via telephone or personal interviews.

Expectations of you

To succeed as an interviewer, you need to be proactive and good at communicating and getting the interviewee to want to participate, as well as being open and honest in answering questions.

An important part of the job is to ensure that the interviews are conducted in a professional and ethically correct manner. The interview profession often requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to different situations and people. The interviewer should have good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being adept at organizing and planning. The work places the highest demands on confidential handling of information and privacy, as well as a high degree of integrity.

Depending on which data collection method is to be used, requirements include having your own PC with Windows and a USB headset, basic computer skills such as downloading programs and troubleshooting, or in some cases access to a driver's license and a personal car, for example. Work may occur both during the day and in the evening. You need to be fluent in Swedish and registered in Sweden.
