In your role as team leader, your primary task is to lead, coach, and develop your approximately 30 warehouse employees to create a positive work environment. As a team leader at Clas Ohlson, you apply a coaching leadership style that inspires employees to create an efficient and pleasant workplace where they dare to challenge themselves. You promote and encourage an open work climate where your colleagues share knowledge, innovation, and opportunities for improvement. Working as a team leader means that your leadership focuses on inclusion and creating winning teams.

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in this role, we believe you have at least a couple of years of experience leading teams, driven by both operational work and strategically influencing outcomes. You have previously handled common HR issues and have a basic understanding of labor law and systematic work environment management. To thrive as a team leader, you are a confident and experienced leader who is motivated and inspired by developing both the business and employees. You have the ability to be attentive and solution-oriented, as well as excellent communication skills, both internally with colleagues and externally with partners. Finally, we believe you have a structured approach to work and the ability to plan both short and long term!
