Group for Data and Cross-Border Care, DG, Unit for Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Issues, Ministry of Health and Social Affairs

Have you worked with health data or data protection? Do you enjoy varied, interesting, and often complex tasks? Then you might be the one we are looking for. In the diverse work at the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs, we can offer a developing role where you, together with competent and engaged colleagues, contribute to societal development.

Your workday. Sweden's tomorrow.

We are now looking for an administrator for issues concerning the operations and governance of healthcare within the health data area for the Group for Data and Cross-Border Care (DG). The group is responsible for matters related to national digital infrastructure, health data, cybersecurity, and cross-border care.

As an administrator with us, you will have several exciting areas of responsibility, such as monitoring the external environment and preparing and analyzing materials for the government's positions on issues concerning the government's governance and development of the health data area. You will also lead and participate in the work of planning, implementing, and coordinating initiatives related to the health data area, and you will draft bills, letters, and department communications (DS). Furthermore, the handling of ongoing tasks such as inquiries, interpellations, letter responses, etc., participation in international processes and contexts, as well as work within the framework of the government's governance of authorities is included.

The work combines legal investigative work with administrative tasks and mainly consists of shorter investigative efforts, often in complex and fundamentally important issues. For example, it may involve formulating government assignments where authorities are tasked with analyzing the legal conditions for various digital services, as well as preparing and analyzing the authorities' reports when these are submitted to the government. The role includes assessing whether there is sufficient legal support for an authority to develop or provide a certain service, or whether existing legislation needs to be reviewed or amended. The work also involves producing legal analyses as a basis for political positions and, in collaboration with the legal secretariat, participating in the preparation of council remits and bills.
