Pandionskolan is a resource school for students in need of special support, such as students with NPF issues. We base our work on a solution-focused value foundation and maintain close collaboration with families to constructively promote good goal fulfillment and well-being for our students. We offer a good educational environment with small teaching groups and a high staff density. School days are characterized by a clear structure and great variation tailored to the individual needs of each student. You who are applying have a teaching degree for primary school.

We are looking for a qualified teacher. Experience working with students on the autism spectrum is an advantage. You have the ability to recognize students' different needs, take their individual circumstances into account, and help students grow and develop.

You have good collaboration skills and can see the whole picture of the student's school situation.

You are good at building relationships and work solution-focused.

You are a reliable adult, independent, flexible, and have good collaboration skills.

We are looking for someone who wants to engage in this work and help students grow and develop.

You are interested in and curious about working with students in need of support and developing within special education. You have patience, are flexible, work well in teams, and can work goal-oriented with a long-term perspective. Personal suitability will be highly valued.

You will be part of a work team of 3-4 educators responsible for a teaching group of 7-10 students. With the student in focus, you will help shape the operations. You will participate in teaching, planning, reflection, and documentation of the operations. The position also includes collaborating with guardians and networks.
