We are looking for an experienced IT security specialist to join a virtual team with competencies in both IT security and information security. You will contribute your expertise in cybersecurity, work closely with various stakeholders, and support the organization in establishing and further developing structured security work.

• Support, lead, and document threat and risk analyses.
• Work with and apply cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, COBIT, and ISO 27001/27002 (or equivalent).
• Contribute to security work in larger organizations and collaborate with relevant functions.
• Prepare and structure documentation related to IT and information security.

• Excellent ability to understand and express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• At least 5 years of experience working with IT/information security within government, municipalities, regions, or larger companies (over 100 employees).
• Good experience in working with, supporting, leading, and documenting threat and risk analyses.
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, COBIT, ISO 27001/27002, or similar.
• At least 9 years of relevant experience in the field (senior level).

• Experience in security protection work within government, municipalities, regions, or larger companies (over 100 employees).
• Experience in writing formal documentation within IT/information security, such as strategies, policies, and guidelines.
• Experience in coordinating, driving, and following up on training initiatives in cybersecurity.
• Certification such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
• Certification such as CISA, CompTIA Security+, or GIAC GSEC (or equivalent).
