Do you want to help pave the way for the green transition in Eskilstuna and Strängnäs? Electrification is a central part of a climate-smart society, and therefore we constantly need to strengthen our power grids. We are now looking for someone in the project department who is great at driving successful projects. We have high investment volumes related to our substations, and we need you!

In the project department, we are responsible for implementing both large and small projects, with the goal of strengthening our power grid. Together, we enable new connections and ensure that existing customers experience minimal interruptions. We deliver electricity to both businesses and private customers in Eskilstuna and Strängnäs.

With your sense of service and ability to lead others, you will drive our substation projects and associated contracts. You will work closely with other internal specialists, where you will receive support with feasibility studies, design, and procurement.

• Project planning and project follow-up. You ensure that we adhere to our timelines, budgets, sustainability goals, and that we maintain a good working environment. We use the project model XLPM.

• External contacts with landowners, customers, and suppliers. You have a large network and become our face to the outside world.

During a workday, you will be both in the office and out in the field. We have approximately 64,000 customers within an hour's drive. This role suits you if you enjoy variety and want to be an important piece in the development and progress of our operations.

We are looking for someone who knows how to work smart in a project management role. You know how to achieve results and gain energy from finding solutions when everyday life presents surprises. You are as good at speaking as you are at listening and value structure around you.

We are looking for you who:

• Has experience in substation construction on local or regional networks (project manager, construction manager, contractor, installer). Alternatively, you have other relevant project management experience from infrastructure projects such as road, railway, wind power, or similar.

• Has a relevant post-secondary education in electrical power from vocational training or university.

• Has a valid driver's license (B).
