In the role of Accreditation Leader, you are responsible for ensuring that the organization meets the applicable requirements from both the organization and the client. You organize and carry out all steps in the accreditation process for IT systems, which includes collecting, structuring, and presenting documentation, conducting audits and inspections, and ensuring that all security requirements are addressed.

Security accreditation is a central process for protecting and maintaining information securely, and the role entails overall responsibility for ensuring that the process is followed and developed.

You will work closely with experts and various IT functions within the organization, such as IT architects, test leaders, IT security, information security, export control, and GDPR functions.

• Plan and coordinate accreditation-related work within new and existing assignments
• In close collaboration with the business, review security requirements and document the work according to established processes
• Collaborate with the accreditation team to further develop process methodology based on experiences and insights

To thrive in this role, we see that you have a background in IS/IT or equivalent and a good understanding of IT-related security issues. You are accustomed to establishing, structuring, and presenting information to individuals at various levels in the organization.

As a person, you are structured, organized, and possess good leadership qualities. You enjoy guiding others and working together in a team. The role also requires you to be experienced in using Word and Excel and have a methodical approach to work.

• Knowledge of requirements and regulations such as ISO 27001, Export Control, GDPR, FAR/DFAR, CMMC, NIST, and KSF/ISM
• Documented experience in leading accreditations or equivalent work
• Experience from working in the defense industry

Location: Malmö
This is a fixed-term employment with NXT Interim Malmö AB for the period March 2026 - December 2026. We apply collective agreements. The position is subject to security clearance requirements according to current security protection regulations. This means a requirement for an approved background check and, in some cases, specific citizenship requirements.
