We are now looking for a structured and driven Education Coordinator for a parental leave position. The role is central to our educational operations and involves overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and implementing educational initiatives, both short and long-term.

About the role

As an Education Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that trainings are planned, organized, and conducted in an effective and professional manner. You work closely with both internal subject matter experts and external training providers and play an important role in developing and improving educational processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule trainings for both short and long term
• Coordinate educational initiatives with external providers and internal subject matter experts
• Book trainers and manage quotes, contracts, and schedules
• Ensure venues, technology, refreshments, and training materials
• Be responsible for participant administration, invitations, and follow-ups
• Document trainings and conduct evaluations, suggesting improvements
• Drive and contribute to continuous process improvements in the educational area

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in pedagogy, HR, administration, or equivalent
• Documented experience in educational planning and scheduling
• Experience with vendor contacts and coordination of external parties
• Very good administrative skills and high accuracy
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written forms
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English

Meritorious

• Experience with SAP
• Experience with LMS (Learning Management System)
• Previous work with development and streamlining of administrative processes
