About the Position

Murberg School is looking for a class teacher for grades 4-6. Murberg School is a two- and three-parallel school for grades 3-6 with about 230 students. In addition to primary school, there is an after-school program. In the role of a teacher at Murberg School, you will be responsible for planning, teaching, and evaluating the activities in the middle school based on the curriculum and other governing documents. You contribute to creating a learning environment aimed at strengthening our students in both their knowledge development and personal growth.

We believe you are skilled in communication and interaction with students, guardians, and colleagues. You enjoy being involved in influencing and taking responsibility for your workplace and see it as natural to be solution-focused and strive for higher goal fulfillment together with your colleagues. You utilize digital tools that are a given in teaching and see their potential for development.

We are looking for an engaged and secure class teacher for grade 6. You are a certified teacher for middle school and enjoy working on language development in a multilingual and multicultural school environment and have experience in pedagogical work. You can create situations where students succeed, and your leadership is characterized by the belief that all children can and want to develop. Your teaching is based on science and proven experience that allows you to create good learning environments (pedagogical, social, and physical).

You are well acquainted with the curriculum and can independently and in collaboration with colleagues plan, implement, and evaluate your teaching. You plan, organize, and prioritize effectively and ensure that all processes are completed with good quality.

Experience working with and adapting teaching for students within the NPF spectrum is seen as a positive trait.

Salary

Individual salary setting.

Working Hours/Duration
