Your new workplace:

Solede School is located in Kvissleby and is part of the Nivrenaskolan F-9 organization.

About 140 students in grades F-5 attend the school. The school is situated in the residential area of Nolby, with a well-equipped schoolyard and proximity to ski trails, swimming pools, and ski slopes.

The school operates in two teams, F-5 and after-school care. We strive to ensure that students are well prepared for the future. Therefore, we place a strong focus on both literacy and a safe school day.

How you contribute in the role of special education teacher in mathematics:

Your mission includes planning and implementing mathematics instruction in collaboration with teaching staff, school management, and special educators, leading to higher goal fulfillment for our students. We want all our students to feel that they are in constant development and to feel great joy, motivation, and a positive self-image related to mathematics – you are an obvious driving force here.

Your qualifications and experience:

You who are applying are a qualified special education teacher in mathematics.

You are confident in your leadership role and have a low-arousal approach and response. You have a positive view of students based on the belief that all students want to and can learn. You value good and trusting relationships and find it easy to collaborate with students, colleagues, and guardians. You are flexible and solution-focused and easily adapt to given conditions. You understand that we are each other's work environment.
