Your Contribution as a Primary School Teacher

We are looking for an engaged and secure substitute primary school teacher who wants to contribute to our students' development and learning during a fixed-term period. In this role, you will be a mentor for a grade 2 class. As a teacher with us, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching in accordance with the curriculum. You will create a structured and inclusive learning environment where students feel seen, motivated, and secure.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified primary school teacher or has started teacher training (or has another relevant educational background)
• Has a positive and professional attitude towards students, colleagues, and guardians
• Is flexible, responsible, and has good collaboration skills
• Has the ability to adapt teaching to the different needs of students.

Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone who is a certified primary school teacher with qualifications for the lower grades (F-3) or has started teacher training. You have experience teaching in primary school, preferably in grades 1-3. You have good knowledge of the curriculum (Lgr22) and the ability to translate it into practical teaching. You also have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

As a person, you have the ability to plan, implement, and follow up on teaching with a focus on students' learning and development. You have experience or interest in creating a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment. We see that you have good collaboration skills and are accustomed to working in teams, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with students, colleagues, and guardians.
