We are looking for someone who is willing to be part of a learning team that takes joint responsibility for the students. You are low-key, solution-focused, flexible, responsible, positive, and engaging in your approach. You need to be interested in collaboration and want to work together with others in the learning team, which includes leisure teachers and primary teachers. You contribute to the team's success - all for the students to achieve their goals!

Böle School is a F-6 school with approximately 270 students. At the school, we work with the student in focus. This means that all decisions should be made based on what is best for the students. We work daily with accessible teaching.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a leisure teacher who wants to help lead the development of the leisure activities. This means you need to be secure in your own role to lead others. Together with the other staff in the leisure center, you will plan, implement, and develop the leisure activities based on our governing documents. Your assignment during the school day involves managing break activities for all the school's students. You will be part of a work team where you are expected to actively contribute with a solution- and result-oriented approach. Together, we work to support each other and inspire each other with a positive attitude towards our mission. You collaborate well with colleagues, parents, the student health team, and school management. We place great importance on your relational competence.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a primary school teacher degree with a focus on leisure centers. You should be well-versed in and work based on the school's governing documents. We assume that you stand firmly in the school's values and can translate the curriculum into a high-quality operation. You should be a clear and positive leader in the student group with the ability to create a good and accessible learning environment. We place great importance on personal suitability, and your work should be characterized by curiosity, warmth, and conscious choices.

Conditions

Grades and degree certificates must be presented at the interview.

For employment to be possible, you need to present a valid extract from the criminal record. You can order it via the police's website; we only accept what is called "Extract for work within school or preschool," and when you come to us, the envelope must be unopened unless it is a digital record extract. To facilitate and speed up the process in the event of employment, you can order one now, send for it via this link.
