We are now looking for a primary school teacher for grades 7-9 in the subject of wood and metal crafts at Gudmundråskolan, a secondary school with approximately 340 students. The school is centrally located in Kramfors and has good communication links.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In addition to teaching wood and metal crafts, the role also includes mentorship for a class of students, together with a mentor colleague. In this role, you will be part of a work team, where we work together to plan, develop, and follow up on teaching in accordance with the curriculum and both the organization’s and the municipality’s goals as benchmarks. We allocate time and resources for collegial learning that takes place in both subject teams and work teams. We strive to develop good strategies and methods to reach each student with guidance and stimulation within the framework of each teaching group. Our goal is to provide individual support based on the students' conditions and needs, as well as to create motivation through value creation, learning, and entrepreneurship.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a qualified teacher in the subject of wood and metal crafts. You are flexible, engaged, and have a great interest in educating and developing young people based on their conditions. You have an interest in knowledge and digitalization methods to develop your teaching. You are confident in your leadership and are a good role model. As a person, you find it easy to collaborate but also take your own initiatives and make your own decisions in your work situation.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Experience is an advantage.
