About the School

Hälledals School is a small and friendly F–6 school, beautifully situated in the High Coast – between Kramfors and Härnösand. Approximately 75 students attend from preschool class to grade 6. We work age-integrated in several classes and we focus on language development in inclusive learning environments. We believe that learning occurs best in a safe environment where students can grow – both academically and as individuals. The school is close to both nature and activities, with a sports hall and swimming pool on the school grounds, which we are very happy about!

About the Position

You will work as an after school teacher primarily in the after school program and have the opportunity to make a real difference every day. The role also includes contributing to the development and support of our youngest students in their growth in the after school program and school. Together with us at Hälledals School, you will develop the after school program, recess activities, etc. You will work closely with engaged colleagues, school management, and our student health team to create the best conditions for students' learning and well-being.

Qualifications

• Certified after school teacher
• Qualified in one of the subjects Art, Sports, Music, or Craft
• Driving license B

It is meritorious if you:

• have prior experience in teaching and working in after school programs and schools
• have good knowledge of the curriculum and governing documents
• have experience in planning and conducting teaching independently
• have experience using digital tools in the classroom
