Gudmundrå School is a grades 7-9 school with about 340 students. We are centrally located in Kramfors with good transport connections. Engagement and belief in the future are important values, as are high expectations for our students. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a primary school teacher for grades 7-9 in the subject of French. The assignment includes mentorship together with a mentor colleague for a class of students. In your role, you will be part of a work team where we work together to develop teaching, plan, and follow up with the curriculum and the municipality's and the organization's goals as a guideline. We allocate time and resources for collegial learning that takes place both in subject teams and work teams. We strive to develop good strategies and methods to reach each student with guidance and stimulation within the framework of their teaching group. Providing students with individual support based on their conditions and needs, as well as motivating them through value-creating learning and entrepreneurship.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a qualified teacher in the subject of modern languages, specifically French. You are flexible, engaged, and have a strong interest in educating and developing young people based on their conditions. You have an interest in knowledge and digitalization methods to enhance your teaching. You are confident in your leadership and are a good role model. As a person, you find it easy to collaborate but also take your own initiatives and make your own decisions in your work situation. Personal suitability is of great importance. Experience is an advantage.
