Prolympia - Sweden's Leading Sports School

Prolympia is Sweden's leading sports school at the primary school level, with operations from Gothenburg in the south to Umeå in the north. Prolympia in Sundsvall is the F-6 operation beautifully located in Haga, close to outdoor areas, Baldershov Athletics Arena, and Norrmalm Football Stadium. The 7-9 school is centrally located at the Neptunus block in Stenstan. Here we offer a school in motion that focuses on knowledge, safety, sports, and health for students from preschool to ninth grade.

We are looking for an engaged, driven educator for our F-1 leisure team. The most important thing for us is who you are as a person and your ability to exercise clear leadership in the classroom and be a role model in your interactions with the school's students, colleagues, school management, and guardians. In addition, there are several qualities we are looking for:

Job Responsibilities

As a teacher in the leisure center, you will work with other teachers and leisure educators to plan the daily activities both within teaching and leisure center operations. You will also belong to and actively participate in a work team as well as other forums for collegial learning and school development.

Qualifications

You who apply should have post-secondary education of two years or longer in pedagogy and teacher training with certification and authorization to work as a leisure educator/teacher in a leisure center. We welcome applicants with previous experience in educational work and who are accustomed to using technical aids.
