Regionfastigheter develops and manages Region Skåne's properties. Right now, we are making the largest investments ever in the hospital areas in Skåne. Regionfastigheter leads, builds, and develops large complex projects in sensitive hospital environments. We manage properties and advanced technical systems and must ensure high operational reliability every day of the year. Our work is a prerequisite for safe and secure healthcare. We are also expanding the infrastructure for public transport in Skåne, with new service depots for buses, trams, and trains. We are in an exciting and expansive phase and are facing very large property investments in the coming years. The goal is better care and work environments with hospitals that are well-equipped to meet future demands.

The Local Planning Unit belongs to the project management operational area and primarily works with project management of needs analysis, feasibility studies, and program handling phases. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the relevant operations, colleagues, contractors, and consultants.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of local planner, you will support the customer, that is, the healthcare and its support functions, in idea and needs analysis reports and drive the projects forward in the planning phase. You are responsible for analyzing the customer's needs and developing creative, effective solutions based on applicable guidelines and standards. Furthermore, you will develop flowcharts and floor plans and establish local and room function programs together with various operations, colleagues, and consultants.

As a local planner, you are an important part of the early stages of construction projects, where you have close collaboration with our customers, local planning colleagues, project staff, and other stakeholders. Your work is very varied with several different projects of varying size and complexity throughout Skåne. In the later stages of the projects, you are a support for the customer and the construction project manager to ensure that the intentions from the planning phase are fulfilled.

For the position, you can be based in either Helsingborg or Kristianstad. Travel around Skåne to the various projects you are involved in is included. There is room for flexible work, both remotely and on-site.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the position, you need to have a master's degree as an architectural engineer or engineer. You also have experience with similar tasks, for example, planning healthcare facilities and/or overall project management, preferably with a focus on healthcare's local supply. Additionally, you have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form and good computer skills. If you have previously worked with Auto-CAD, Revit, dRofus, and/or the Adobe suite, it is an advantage. Since travel is involved in the position, a valid B driver's license is also beneficial.

The position of local planner suits you who want to develop in a project management role, have an interest in local planning of healthcare facilities with their complex needs, and are confident in your self-leadership. You work in a structured and cost-conscious manner when planning and driving processes towards set deadlines and goals. This requires good collaboration skills and a willingness to learn new things and share your knowledge.
