TEAM LEADER FOR NPI2

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a team leader, you will have an operational role close to the business, where you are responsible for the daily management of approximately 12 ventilation assemblers. You will plan, follow up, and ensure that the work is carried out safely and efficiently, but you are also a coach and support who ensures that the team thrives, develops, and delivers.

Your main tasks will include:

• Leading and coaching ventilation assemblers in their daily work

• Planning, distributing, and following up on tasks

• Managing logistics and material flows

• Ensuring that the work meets the right quality, fulfills safety requirements, and adheres to the timeline

• Participating in construction meetings and collaborating closely with project managers and other contractors

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with experience in team leadership within the construction or installation industry, preferably with a background as an assembler, ideally in ventilation. This experience is highly valuable and allows you to understand both the challenges and opportunities in practical work. Furthermore, we believe you have:

• Experience in the ventilation industry, preferably as a former assembler

• Good computer skills (Office, Dalux) and a B driver's license

• Strong social skills and communication abilities in Swedish and English

Moreover, you are an operational leader who enjoys being close to the business and sees this as a natural step, both personally and professionally. You are coaching and supportive in your leadership, structured, and solution-oriented. With your strong social skills and communication abilities, you create trust and engagement within the team, aspects that are particularly important to you.
