The role of a paving worker

We are now looking for paving workers for work in southern Skåne. As a paving worker, you will work in the field, alongside your colleagues, close to clients and customers. Together, we work to create quality solutions in the paving area. You will belong to a team of knowledgeable colleagues and perform both large and small paving jobs. Since the nature and size of the jobs vary, your tasks will be diverse and provide you with great opportunities for development within the profession. Our operations are seasonal, meaning work is primarily carried out from April to December.

Your profile

You have a basic education equivalent to upper secondary level, preferably in technology or construction and civil engineering. We prefer that you have practical experience working with asphalt.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is responsible, can work independently, and is attentive to time and safety. You will be part of the team and contribute to good team spirit and collaboration. It is required that you are flexible and adaptable and have good communication skills.

A B and BE driver's license is required for this position.

Additional information:
A B and BE driver's license is a requirement, a CE driver's license is an advantage. The position is a full-time employment based in Malmö. A probationary period applies.

Since the work is seasonal, it primarily takes place from April to December, with a quieter period from January to March. Working hours are varied and will involve some work during inconvenient hours. In addition to the central collective agreement for Road & Rail, we also have a local annual working time agreement.

In accordance with NCC's safety culture, we conduct alcohol and drug tests as well as background checks on our final candidates.
