Sawi Exclusive Homes by Treano is a concept within Treano that focuses on building exclusive and unique homes. Our head office is located in Malmö, and we also have local offices close to our customers in Ystad, Trelleborg, Lund, Helsingborg, Hässleholm, and Kristianstad.

The demand from our customers for our department in Hässleholm, which is responsible for carrying out the larger projects in northeastern Skåne, is very high, and to meet their requirements and ensure continued high quality, we need to strengthen the department with a KIPare based in Hässleholm.

The Role of KIPare

In the role of KIPare, you will be responsible for Calculating, Purchasing, and Project Planning of projects. You will work closely with business area and project management and may, for example, participate in construction meetings, establish purchasing plans, review invoices, and assist in planning and executing projects.

Throughout the process, it is of utmost importance that you work in accordance with our sustainability vision and company policy in the areas of quality, environment, and working conditions.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, we are looking for a person with experience in Calculating, Purchasing, and Project Planning. To be successful in the role, you need to have at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Additionally, the role requires that you have adequate education in construction, such as YH or other post-secondary education. We expect you to have solid knowledge of laws and agreements from the industry, such as AB04 and ABT06 among others. We consider it an advantage if you have documented project planning experience as we aim to plan internally.

You should be analytical and meticulous in your work, and a prerequisite for us is that you are responsible, structured, and have good collaboration skills. You should enjoy working towards set goals and deadlines.
