JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervision and basic operation of technical equipment and property systems

• Basic maintenance actions

• Lawn and hedge trimming

• Pruning work

• Cleaning and order in the area

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, positive, and solution-oriented, and who enjoys working independently and taking responsibility. You have a technical interest and preferably previous experience in operations, basic maintenance, or property management.

You have practical skills, good initiative, and are service-oriented. You contribute to a good atmosphere in the workplace and enjoy solving problems.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position as Operations and Maintenance Technician is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our client.
