About the Role

As a project manager focusing on fine planning and landscaping, you will have a varied responsibility to drive projects forward, from the bidding phase to planning and completion. Your focus will be on fine planning contracts (paving, gravel paths, plantings, playgrounds, etc.), and projects can range from larger total contracts to smaller garden installations. You will work both strategically and operationally, playing a central role in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. You will be part of an experienced and competent team where collaboration, independence, and freedom under responsibility are key to the working method. The role is both hands-on and administrative, where you will often be on-site to ensure the quality and progress of projects, but also plan material deliveries and personnel for assignments while maintaining ongoing contact with clients and subcontractors. You will report to the CEO and be part of the company's management team.

Your responsibilities include:

- Leading and planning fine planning and landscaping contracts

- Coordinating personnel, machinery resources, and material deliveries

- Being responsible for bidding work, purchasing, and financial aspects of fine planning contracts

- Collaborating with and coordinating skilled employees, suppliers, and subcontractors

- Participating in construction meetings, managing project documentation, participating in inspections, and creating invoicing documentation

- Contributing to the management team's strategic work and development of the business

About You

We are looking for someone with practical experience in the landscaping industry, preferably in fine planning and external environments. You likely have held a leading role as a project manager, site manager, or skilled employee with operational or strategic responsibility, and thrive in an environment where you can influence. You are structured, communicative, and have a strong commitment to what you do. We will place great emphasis on your practical experience and understanding of the industry and its challenges, your leadership skills, and your passion for good planning and quality in execution.

We believe you have:

- Experience in landscaping and fine planning

- Practical understanding of the flow and resource needs of contracts

- Ability to drive projects from start to finish

- Good collaborative skills and experience working closely with skilled employees

- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)

- A valid driver's license (B)

- Good communication skills in Swedish and English

Meritorious:

- Experience in area calculations and bidding work

- Knowledge of contract law
