About the role

You will be the site manager for our demolition workers on our projects. You are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on the daily work on-site, ensuring that projects are carried out according to schedule, budget, and applicable safety requirements. You are the link between project management and production and play an important role in creating structure, well-being, and efficiency at the workplace.

• Projects located near Helsingborg work Monday - Friday 07:00 - 16:00.
• Projects that are not near Helsingborg and where daily commuting is not possible work Monday - Thursday. Accommodation is arranged by the company.
• Full-time, monthly salary

We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:

• Is reliable, hardworking, and wants to deliver high quality in your work
• Shares the company's values: Reliability, Sustainability, and Professionalism/Quality
• Is structured, responsible, and confident in leading staff
• Background as a demolition worker or in the construction industry
• Speaks and understands Swedish
• Has a B driver's license
• Has good physical condition and enjoys physical work

Desirable experiences and knowledge:

• Experience in planning and following up on work at construction sites
