Estimator / Project Manager for Skåne

NKR Demolition AB is now looking for an estimator / project manager who will work with the entire process from tender request to delivered quote to the customer. This is a role where you will work both independently and in a team. NKR Demolition AB works with demolition, dismantling, asbestos removal, environmental remediation, cutting, blasting, crushing, and fire cleaning. We have a recycling factor of 95% and are market leaders in demolition and recycling.

Responsibilities

In the role of estimator, you will make calculations on tenders to prepare the basis for the quote to the customer. You will also handle contract-related questions and take care of the documentation in the projects. The projects can vary and may involve clients in construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, real estate, energy, and the pulp and paper industry. In your work, you will visit customers on-site to capture the overall picture for a quote.

NKR Demolition operates throughout Sweden, but for this position, the primary goal is to expand our market share in Skåne. The role includes acting as a project manager for various demolition projects, responsible for following up on the projects you have estimated.

• Based at the office in Hasslarp
• Visit customers on-site
• Perform calculations on tenders
• Prepare documentation for the projects
• Drive and execute your own projects
• Evaluate and follow up on the estimates
• Present results to the estimating manager and CEO

In the role of estimator / project manager, you will report to the estimating manager, but there will also be significant dialogue with the company's CEO.

Your Profile

To thrive as an estimator, you should be structured, meticulous, and have a good overall view, making it easy for you to understand various connections. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, where you work both independently and in a team. You have a pronounced numerical sense and enjoy working towards clear deadlines. You will have a lot of dialogue with customers, colleagues, and suppliers, so you should enjoy that.

Qualifications

• Academic education or equivalent knowledge
• Documented experience in the role of estimator / bid engineer
• Knowledge of reading drawings
• Ability to manage your own demolition projects
• Experience in contracting
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Driving license B
