Do you want to be an important part of the production at a reputable company in Kristianstad? We are looking for a key person for our client's production unit - a place where attitude and willingness to develop are highly valued.

The idea is that the position starts as a rental through us at Montico and then transitions to a position with the client.

About the position

You will be part of the production rotation schedule and may work at different stations as needs arise. As a newcomer, you will start at one station, with an experienced mentor supporting you during the introduction. You should be flexible with your working hours as these may change based on needs. You should be prepared for early mornings, so we are looking for someone who is an early riser.

The tasks may vary - therefore, a positive attitude and willingness to learn new things are crucial.

We are looking for someone who

• Enjoys working in a production environment where safety and work environment are prioritized - there are many aids in place to make the work safe and efficient.
• Is handy and feels comfortable with reading blueprints as this is common in most tasks.
• It is an advantage if you have previous industrial experience or a background as a carpenter, but it is not a requirement.
