Do you want to be part of an inspiring team with many opportunities to develop and contribute to something bigger? We are now looking for a meeting scheduler to join our team in Malmö. The position is a part-time on-site role.
As part of Nordea, you contribute to building strong relationships with our customers – from individuals, families, newly established small businesses, large corporations, and institutions. What we do – big and small – makes a difference. Now we need you and your commitment to deliver the financial solutions of the future. With us, you are part of an inspiring team with many opportunities to develop and contribute to something bigger.
About our team
Business Support is a team primarily consisting of part-time student employees who assist our insurance specialists with meeting scheduling and other administrative tasks. The majority of your colleagues are based in Malmö, but we also have colleagues in Gothenburg and Falun.
Collaboration. Ownership. Passion. Courage. These are the values that guide us in how we work and make decisions – and we believe you share them.
What you will do
You will have a central and important role in our team, working closely with our Insurance and Investment Specialists.
Your role includes the following responsibilities:
- Scheduling and inviting our customers to meetings with our Insurance and Investment Specialists.
- Coordinating meetings and email correspondence between the team and our stakeholders.
- Focusing on optimizing business results and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Who you are
We believe that you are a quick learner, structured, and not afraid to handle stressful situations when they arise. You enjoy working project-oriented and see opportunities rather than problems. Since the role involves working in a sales environment, we also believe that your social skills are top-notch and that you are motivated by having daily phone contact with our customers.
Your background and skills include:
- Fluent in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
- You are studying at a university/college.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
It would be valuable if you also have:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or other service professions.
What we offer
People come here when they want to go somewhere. For some, it’s about taking their career to the next level. For others, it’s about breaking new ground in their area of expertise – in other words, you will always move forward with us.
Our culture promotes results and growth, and we offer various opportunities to develop and learn from skilled colleagues with diverse backgrounds in a vibrant work environment.
Diversity and inclusion are natural parts of our daily work. We know that an inclusive workplace is sustainable. We truly believe that our different backgrounds, experiences, traits, and personalities make us stronger together. Every day we strive to find new ways to improve diversity and inclusion within our community. One example of this is that we have signed the European Diversity Charters in the countries where we operate to show our commitment and engage with others to continue learning and improving.
If this sounds like you, don’t hesitate to reach out!
