Landskrona Hospital, the small hospital with big opportunities!

The hospital provides basic medical care to the residents of Landskrona city and Svalöv municipality. Within the walls of the hospital, there are also several specialized outpatient clinics and an efficient and broad surgical operation where mainly planned, elective surgeries take place within several surgical specialties. At the hospital, we work together with our partners Regionservice, Regionfastigheter, Medical service, Digitalization IT/MT, Helsingborg Hospital, Skåne University Hospital, Management Close Care and Health, Primary Care, Psychiatry, as well as Landskrona City and Svalöv Municipality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We now welcome an administrator with the role of project coordinator, crisis coordinator, and safety officer to us at the Hospital in Landskrona!

The safety officer is appointed for the hospital and is a local resource with good knowledge of the operations conducted. The safety officer drives the strategic and safety-related tasks that need to be implemented in the operations and serves as an operational support function for managers and employees.

The project coordinator is the link between the operations and Regionfastigheter in construction projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have a university degree or equivalent that the employer deems relevant for the position. It is a prerequisite for the role that you have previous experience and knowledge of healthcare and experience of working in a politically governed organization. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. Since the position involves many social contacts, a very good communication ability is also required. If you have previous work experience as a project coordinator, we see it as advantageous.

As a person, you are service-oriented, flexible, and meticulous. To succeed in the role, you need to be able to work on many tasks simultaneously, have good collaboration skills, the ability to work independently, and can prioritize and distribute incoming inquiries and assignments. Your approach is characterized by a professional, consultative, and service-oriented attitude, and you enjoy working with change. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
