The role of healthcare administrator/administrator

With us, you will be an important part of the habilitation center's overall mission to provide good and safe care and service to the Habilitation Center's patients. Your main tasks will include reception work and other healthcare administrative tasks such as bookings in Cosmic. In addition, work with evolution, learning, and competence portal, among others, is included.

This position is a service function to other employees within the habilitation center. It includes, among other things, work in our reception with telephony, receiving patients and other visitors, monitoring our telephony and functional mailbox for incoming emails, administering incoming cases via 1177, bookings, and cancellations in our journal system Cosmic.

Your profile

You are a trained healthcare administrator or have administrative training or extensive experience in administration that the employer deems appropriate. You are service-oriented and enjoy varied tasks. You naturally have computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish and the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing. We prefer that you have previously worked in the journal system Cosmic, as well as other digital administrative work. If you have previous experience with our target groups, we see it as a positive.
