As a Financial Accountant at Arqdesign, you are responsible for ensuring that everything works – from ongoing accounting to monthly financial statements and payroll management. Your structure, accuracy, and sense of responsibility ensure that the numbers add up, routines flow, and colleagues can focus on their part of the business.

Arqdesign offers homeowners and construction companies in Scandinavia designed and installed balcony railings and balcony glazing with high design value. Function, sustainability, efficiency, and design are the guiding principles for our products, which are manufactured in our factory in Tranås.

Arqdesign has 35 employees and a turnover of 90 million SEK with a subsidiary in Norway. Arqdesign is part of the Zurhaar group, which has its headquarters in Bergen. The Zurhaar group has a turnover of 1.9 billion SEK, employs 430 people, and is represented in five countries.

Focus in Your Role

You will be responsible for ongoing accounting and ensure that customer and supplier ledgers are updated and accurate. You will work with monthly financial statements and prepare materials for reporting. Additionally, payroll management is part of your role. This is a broad and important role where you have overall responsibility for the financial flow in everyday life – and where you will have the opportunity to develop both processes and your own skills, as well as support the business.

If We Could Wish

We don’t know who you are – yet, but we have a good idea of what you bring with you from previous experiences:

• Degree in economics or equivalent work experience.
• You may currently work as an accounting consultant or financial accountant.
• Interest in systems and the development of efficient processes.
• You have an interest in financial analysis and follow-up.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
