You also contribute to a good and pleasant work environment where care for your colleagues is a given.
The work within the night patrol involves providing support, care, and assistance to users living in ordinary housing in Mölndal municipality. Our working method is characterized by a salutogenic approach, which means providing personal support and care based on individual needs and conditions. The interventions you perform are planned according to an individually established implementation plan, which means that the user's needs are at the center and guide your work. You are service-oriented, solution-focused, and have a good demeanor. Tasks include supervision, assistance during toilet visits, and medication management after delegation from a nurse. In the assignment, you should be able to perform delegated health and medical care tasks and collaborate with HSL-night as needed. The work is characterized by responsibility, exciting meetings, and interaction with other people. Solo work occurs, which means you need to be able to work independently at night. Documentation takes place in the operational system Treserva.
Working hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Solo work occurs. Positions are full-time or 80%.

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for your and the shared tasks with the users' best interests in mind. You are keen to complete what you have started and ensure that the work is done correctly. We also see that you can act independently based on what the situation requires without needing support from others and can make independent decisions within the framework of your assignment.
We are looking for someone who is flexible and can easily adapt your working methods based on changed conditions and new information. You show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role, you start from everyone's equal value, and you have the user's needs as the starting point for your actions.
