We are currently looking for extra resources on an hourly basis and can also offer an internship for those studying HR, Human Resources, or a similar field. In the role of recruitment assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our consulting managers and be involved in the entire recruitment process.

The position is suitable for you who are at the beginning of your HR career and want to build relevant experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Selection and screening of candidates

• Phone interviews

• Reference checks

• Administration related to the recruitment process

We place great importance on personal qualities. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, proactive, and communicative. You need to have high social competence, enjoy contacting new people, and be able to be structured yet flexible in a fast-paced environment.

• Studying in a relevant field as described above

• Previous experience in recruitment and staffing
