About the KVA Trelleborg project
KVA Trelleborg is one of Sweden's largest correctional facilities, with a building area of 110,000 square meters, which NCC, in collaboration with Specialfastigheter, is building for the Swedish Prison and Probation Service. The project is executed by a fully integrated organization between NCC and Specialfastigheter, collaborating fully! The position of Installation Group Manager
As a group manager, your time is divided between leading and developing the installation leader group and working as an installation leader yourself.

As a group manager, you are responsible for leading your team regarding both their development and ensuring a functioning coordination of tasks.

As an installation leader, you coordinate our installation solutions with a focus on economy, quality, efficiency, and innovation. You actively contribute to calculations, purchasing, and project planning and are an important support throughout the handover process. You work closely with both internal teams and external partners and actively contribute to driving the project's technical development forward.

As an installation leader, you also work with system solutions, cost and investment calculations, procurement and coordination of installation contracts, project management, as well as planning and coordination of controls and tests.

Your profile as Installation Group Manager
You have documented experience leading teams and at least ten years of technical experience in one of the following installation areas: Electrical, HVAC, or Control & Sprinkler.

You have very good knowledge in project planning and project management. You use digital tools effectively and are comfortable developing system solutions, dimensioning, creating concise technical descriptions, determining space requirements, making simple sketches, and clarifying boundaries.

You have a project-oriented holistic view and easily see the importance of coordination between all technical installations and construction. As a person, you are creative and solution-oriented with a strong drive to lead projects or project teams forward and to reach conclusions.

You have the ability to work independently while being flexible and enjoy collaborating in teams. Building and maintaining good relationships is key to success in the role.

You communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish as well as English.

About Building Division Large Projects
The Building Large Projects division develops and leads complex construction projects with an order value of approximately 1.5 billion or more.
