BAMA Fresh Cuts AB in Helsingborg is now seeking a maintenance technician for the maintenance department. The maintenance team’s task is to ensure the plant's availability through preventive and corrective maintenance. The team consists of 7 employees with broad technical expertise.

The facility consists of everything from advanced washing and cutting machines to robots that pack the finished product. In between, there is a network of conveyors, scales, and packaging machines. There are also various media systems around the production lines.

Since we manufacture food at the facility, hygiene and food safety are an obvious part of our daily routine.

Responsibilities and Duties

The position involves working with preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the facility, with a primary focus on machines and process equipment. The technician acts as the link between production and the maintenance department and is responsible for communication and feedback between the departments.

• Perform troubleshooting and corrective actions throughout the facility.
• Repair and maintain machines and process equipment.
• Actively work in the facility's maintenance system.
• Participate in teams to implement improvement and preventive measures on production lines.
• Follow the company's hygiene regulations, certifications, and standards for food safety.
• Report deviations in health, safety, quality, and environment.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal values for health and safety.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a practical background in a technical field and experience in industrial maintenance.

• Work experience in troubleshooting and maintenance within industrial manufacturing.
• Good technical understanding and computer skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in food production is an advantage.
