About the role

Do you want to work with modern technology, high quality, and professional pride?

We are now looking for a skilled refrigeration and heat pump technician for our production of heat pumps for residential and commercial use.

With us, you will have a practical, varied, and technically stimulating role where you will work on assembling our heat pumps – from soldering and piping to pressure testing, vacuuming, and refrigerant handling.

You will be an important part of our production and will help ensure that our products maintain the highest possible quality.

Main responsibilities:

• Assembly of refrigeration systems
• Soldering and piping
• Vacuuming, pressure testing & leak detection
• Refrigerant handling
• Basic electrical connections (connecting control boards, compressors, and sensors)

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, technically interested, and quality-conscious.

We believe you have:

• Refrigeration and heat pump technician training or HVAC training
• At least 2–5 years of experience in refrigeration work
• A valid INCERT soldering certificate
• A good understanding of refrigeration systems
• Basic electrical knowledge

Employment conditions

The position is based in Åstorp, and the working hours are initially weekdays 07-16, with shift work potentially becoming relevant in the future.

We are covered by the IF Metall collective agreement (Teknikföretagen).
