We - are an expansive and international company in contract manufacturing of white snus, founded in 2019. We have manufacturing in Helsingborg with about 70 employees and a newly started facility in South Carolina, USA.

The strong expansion we are in made us move to new premises (3,000 sqm) in the Väla southern industrial area in August 2025, where we have invested in completely new machinery. The number of employees is increasing at the same fine pace as the number of customers.

The Work

As an Operations Technician, you have a central role in production and are responsible for ensuring that machines and equipment are operational during your shift. You handle both urgent faults that arise (your main focus in the coming year) and work with preventive maintenance to ensure a stable operation. The technical area includes mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics.

You report to the Production Manager but work closely with the technical department, which consists of a Technical Manager and two Maintenance Technicians. There are also two production coordinators who follow their shifts. The role involves a 2-shift/rolling 2 weeks schedule, from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM or 2:55 PM to 11:00 PM (ending at 9 PM on Fridays).

Who are you?

We see that you have a mechanical engineering education and at least 2 years of experience in technical/maintenance work within the industry, focusing on machines/mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics. You are a technical jack-of-all-trades with good problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who has an interest in modern production and thrives in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.

Hopefully, you understand where we are. Processes and routines are being built in connection with our expansion. Already today, we manufacture our products under GMP requirements and the supervision of the food authority. We are a modern and efficient facility that continuously increases production capacity and pace while maintaining quality.

As a person, you are interested, solution-oriented, and like to take responsibility. You have the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with operators and colleagues. Fundamentally, you agree that the pace, complexity, and expectation of solutions are as high as the philosophical discussions about problems with colleagues are valuable. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
