Our current workforce has extensive experience and unique expertise, but we are facing significant retirements. Therefore, we have decided to start a trainee program where knowledge and skills can be transferred over a longer period.

We are looking for electricians and mechanics. As a trainee in maintenance, you will work in a safety-focused production environment where you will receive support, introduction, and opportunities for development right from the start.

Your responsibilities
You will be part of a team where you will work together on:
- Corrective and preventive maintenance
- Conduct troubleshooting and contribute to smooth and safe operational processes
- Collaborate with both internal and external technicians
- Participate in planning and preparations for maintenance activities and smaller projects.

- High school education in electrical, automation, or mechanical engineering with a focus on industry.

Working hours
Daytime.
