We are now looking for a Maintenance Technician with a focus on HSP for our maintenance department.

As an HSP technician, you will work with operations management, maintenance, troubleshooting, and planning of work on our high-voltage facility. You will be responsible for ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with applicable electrical safety regulations and internal procedures, and you will play an important role in ensuring safe and efficient operations.

In this role, you will be part of a team that works independently to provide professional maintenance to the production facility, both preventive and corrective. You will also coordinate contractors, perform risk assessments, and actively contribute to improvement work.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with an electrical engineering education at least at the high school level or equivalent work experience. Experience working with high-voltage facilities is a requirement. Knowledge of ESA, electrical installation regulations, and risk assessment is important, and it is an advantage if you have experience in:

• Working with voltage (AMS)

• Hot work, ATEX

• Energy management systems and improvement work

You are a person who works in a structured and methodical way, with a good sense of order and a strong safety mindset. At the same time, you are proactive and have a desire to solve problems. The role involves a lot of collaboration with operational staff and contractors, which requires good communication skills.
