About the role
The role of Property Technician involves responsibility for the daily supervision and maintenance of our properties. You will be responsible for corrective maintenance, monitoring utility consumption, and performing operational optimization measures. The role also includes supervision of external groundskeeping. As a Property Technician, you are the face of the company and play a vital role in facilitating our tenants' daily lives.

Your profile
You have previous experience as a Property Technician or as another type of technician (e.g., in heating, construction, refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical engineering). For us, willingness and a long-term perspective are just as important as previous experience. You must also hold a B-class driver's license and be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked as an employee in a property company and/or have experience with control and regulation technology. We also welcome experience with the property management systems Vitec and Bastec, specifically the modules Technical Management and Energy Monitoring.

As a person, you enjoy having responsibility, both for the maintenance and condition of the properties and for the well-being of the tenants. You see the value in planning your work, both independently and with colleagues. This role involves significant contact with our tenants, so previous experience with customer contact is required.

You will be based in Kristianstad; the work area also includes, among others, Bromölla, Åhus, and Tollarp. You will join a cohesive team consisting of property managers, leasing agents, property administration staff, property technicians, and the property manager. You will report to the Property Manager in Kristianstad.

The position is a permanent employment preceded by a six-month probationary period, starting according to agreement.
