The position involves working as an hourly substitute in Regionservice, meaning you will support various operations with your skills in daily work. It is a job that offers great variety and change.

Job Responsibilities

We offer hourly employment as a base. This means the number of working hours per week may vary.

As a service assistant, your duties may include the following:

• Service-related tasks within healthcare: You will work with meal handling on wards/clinics, e.g., responsible for ordering meals, preparing meals, and unpacking food supplies. You will also perform cleaning tasks such as cleaning premises and areas, and tidying and cleaning patient and staff areas to create a pleasant atmosphere and maintain good hygiene.
• Material supply: A role where the healthcare's need for textiles and storage materials is ordered, unpacked, and delivered by us. A service-oriented approach, communication, and cooperation with healthcare staff are crucial in this work to allow them to focus on the patient. The work requires good computer skills with systems and programs.

The work takes place in a hospital environment, and you work side by side with nurses, doctors, assistant nurses, and janitors. In your daily work, you also interact with patients present in the facilities.

Since we operate Monday through Sunday, working hours may include weekends, evenings, and nights. Working hours can vary starting as early as 06:00.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and has computer skills. The position requires very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you have completed upper secondary education and/or experience in any of the professional categories. Personal suitability is highly valued.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing good service and wants to help create a good and pleasant healthcare environment for patients in Skåne. A good attitude and a high service level are crucial for the patient's hospital stay. Therefore, we want you to be positive, accommodating, and have a genuine interest in the service profession. It is also important that you are responsible and meticulous in your work. If you recognize yourself in this description, we will get along well!

• For the service assistant role, experience in cleaning, meals, service, or work with care and social services is meritorious.
• For the material supply role, computer skills and warehouse work experience are meritorious.

Salary range for new hires is 22,500 - 26,500 SEK.
