You are the curious and knowledgeable technician with strong problem-solving skills, eager to help develop future production of white snus at a rapidly growing company with a brand-new machine park. We are an expanding and international company specializing in contract manufacturing of white snus, founded in 2019. We have production in Helsingborg with approximately 70 employees, as well as a newly established facility in South Carolina, USA.

Due to our strong expansion, we moved to new premises (3,000 sqm) in the Väla South industrial area in August 2025, where we have invested in a completely new machine park. The number of employees is increasing at the same impressive pace as the number of customers.

The Role

As a Maintenance Technician (Drifttekniker), you play a central role in production, responsible for ensuring that machines and equipment are operational during your shift. You handle both immediate breakdowns (your main focus for the coming year) and work on preventive maintenance to ensure stable operations. The technical scope includes mechanics, electrical systems, and pneumatics.

You report to the Production Manager but work closely with the technical department, consisting of the Technical Manager and two Maintenance Technicians. There are also two Production Coordinators following their respective shifts. The role involves a 2-shift rotating schedule over 2 weeks: 06:30–15:00 or 14:55–23:00 (until 21:00 on Fridays).

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with mechanical engineering education and at least 2 years of experience in technical/maintenance work within industry, focusing on machinery/mechanics, electrical, and pneumatics. You are a technical jack-of-all-trades with strong problem-solving abilities. We seek someone interested in modern production who thrives in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.

We hope you understand where we are at. Processes and routines are being established as part of our expansion. Already today, we manufacture our products meeting GMP requirements and Swedish Food Agency oversight. We are a modern and efficient facility that continuously increases production capacity and speed while maintaining quality.

As a person, you are interested, solution-oriented, and enjoy taking personal responsibility. You can work independently while collaborating closely with operators and colleagues. Fundamentally, you agree that speed, complexity, and the expectation of solutions are just as important as discussing problems with colleagues. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.
