About the role

Your task as Head of Operations is to lead, drive, and develop an efficient property operations organization with a focus on employees, customers, and sustainable property management. You will have personnel responsibility and act as a key support for your group consisting of property technicians, operations technicians, and technical managers.

Examples of areas of responsibility:

• Ensuring competence in the various assignments you are responsible for, including education and recruitment
• Leading and distributing work, including personnel and working environment responsibility
• Managing customer contracts
• Budget and P&L responsibility
• Creating operational plans for the business and developing the business together with the customer and employees, ensuring our delivery to the customer
• Procuring service agreements

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months, based in Malmö.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
• Experience in property operations/technical management
• Experience with budget and P&L responsibility
• Leadership experience
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Good computer skills, e.g., Microsoft Office
