eLinked is a Swedish-Norwegian staffing company operating within the electrical and industrial sectors, focusing on renting out technicians, instrument personnel, and leadership roles to some of the largest players in the Nordics within energy, industry, and infrastructure. We are now looking for several distribution electricians from Skåne for long-term projects in Norway.

This is a unique opportunity to strengthen your CV with international experience within energy and infrastructure – while working according to an attractive rotation schedule with long periods of continuous leave.

The projects are located around Norway and involve work within power, energy, and industrial facilities.

Working Hours & Rotation

The work is carried out according to a rotation schedule:

• 14 days work – 14 days off
• Work shifts are normally 12 hours

About the Projects

The work takes place in various energy projects around Norway, including but not limited to:

• Infrastructure and power
• Industry and energy facilities
• New production and maintenance
• Station and network projects

You will work in professional project environments together with other fitters, electricians, and foremen where safety and quality are always in focus.

Job Description

As an energy fitter in the projects, you will work with classic fitting and installation tasks within energy and power, such as:

• Cable and station work
• Power and infrastructure
• Operation and fitting
• Industrial and energy projects

We are looking for you who have

• Education in electricity/energy or equivalent experience
• Experience as an energy fitter, industrial electrician, or similar
• DSB Energy Fitter (https://www.dsb.no/elsikkerhet/kvalifikasjoner-foretak-og-virksomhet/soke-om-godkjenning-som-elektrofagfolk-i-norge/sokere-med-yrkeskvalifikasjoner-innen-eueos/#velg-yrke)
• Category B driver's license
• Fluent spoken/written skills in one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or English
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Flexible and solution-oriented attitude

Courses & Requirements Before Start

Mandatory:

• FSE (First Aid at Work)
• HLR (CPR)

Housing & Travel Included

You get a complete setup where everything practical is arranged:

• Housing is included for the entire work period
• Travel to and from the project is paid by eLinked

Travel usually takes place via Oslo depending on the project's location.

Secure Employment with Collective Agreement

You will be employed by eLinked under the Norwegian collective agreement, which provides clear terms and security throughout the assignment.
