Join our growing team as a Distribution Electrician and Electrical Safety Manager - a unique opportunity to develop with us!

As a distribution electrician and electrical safety manager, you will become a key player in our team. You will lead and plan the commissioning of new exciting projects, as well as work practically with more everyday challenges within the local network 0.4-24kV, both with underground cables and overhead lines. Here you will have the opportunity to develop both technically and personally in a varied role, while making a difference for society by delivering reliable and sustainable solutions.

Teleservice Entreprenad is an established company that is currently in an expansion phase with larger projects within production and distribution electricity. To meet the growing demand for electrical infrastructure, we are now strengthening our team with a new employee. We are therefore looking for you who are knowledgeable, driven, and want to be part of the work to develop and future-proof the power grids together with us.

As part of our team, you will work together with four other distribution electricians based in southern Scania.

Main responsibilities:

• You are responsible for ensuring that the work follows all safety regulations and industry standards.
• You lead and plan the commissioning of project work within local network facilities and oversee work requests for projects (0.4-24kV).
• You troubleshoot, perform service, and maintenance within local network facilities (0.4-24kV).
• You install high- and low-voltage systems.
• You participate in testing and commissioning of electrical installations.
• You perform customer assignments in the field together with project managers.
• Pole climbing and work at heights may also occur.

About you

We are looking for you who have several years of experience working as a distribution electrician - who is confident in your professional role and proud of delivering high quality, but who is now ready to take the next step in your career and also lead our projects as an electrical safety manager.

We therefore believe that you are meticulous, structured, and have a strong safety mindset. You work methodically and responsibly, take initiative, and enjoy working both in a team and independently. In addition, you have a solution-oriented attitude and good communication skills.

Competencies and experiences:

• Several years of experience as a distribution electrician, where you are confident in your professional role and feel pride in delivering high quality.
• Good structuring ability to lead and plan the commissioning of electrical projects.
• ESA and EBR are a matter of course for you.
• You are a team player who can work both independently and in a group.
• You enjoy challenges and thrive working at heights.
• You master Swedish in speech and writing.
• You have a category B driver's license.

Extra plus if you also have:

• Post-secondary education in electrical power/distribution.
• Category BE driver's license.
• Experience as a leading installer.
• Experience in line construction.
• Experience as an installation electrician.

Teleservice Entreprenad has long been a key player in fiber expansion in Scania - with over 20,000 connections behind us. We are now on an exciting growth journey where we meet increased demand for robust and sustainable power grids.

We already have a stable and well-established electricity business where we have long performed earth and construction work for several electricity companies - primarily for the laying of low- and medium-voltage cables. Our assignments include both new installations and reconstruction of power grids, often in close cooperation with local grid owners.
