Drift Technician with Refrigeration Certificate at Skurupshem AB

Skurupshem AB is a non-profit housing company with roots in the Scania soil. The company owns and manages approximately 800 residences, as well as preschools and group homes in Skurup, Skivarp, Rydsgård, Abbekås, and Slimminge. Skurupshem also has a management assignment for municipal buildings (schools, preschools, nursing homes, sports halls, pools) belonging to Skurup Municipality and Skurup Municipal AB.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for a maintenance technician with a Category 1 refrigeration certificate to join our team, with a strong focus on municipal buildings. The position involves responsibility for a number of properties where you handle all regulatory requirements applicable to the properties.

Working hours are scheduled between 7:00–16:00, Monday–Friday. On-call duty is included in the position.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with at least 5 years of experience as a refrigeration technician, knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems, experience with and comfort in working with building technical systems, and the ability to work independently and responsibly. A driver's license is required. Manual transmission driving skills are required.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of Bas2, Vitec Technical Management and Energy Monitoring, have electrical competence, a refrigeration certificate, and OVK (Ventilation Inspection) competence.
