Nöjeskvarteret Malmborgen AB, located in central Malmö, aims to provide a comprehensive entertainment experience for our guests through our diverse offerings. We feature everything from pubs and restaurants to nightclubs, wine cellars, event halls, street food kitchens, and our lovely summer terrace, Gränden. We constantly strive to give our guests that little extra in terms of atmosphere, service, and gastronomic experience.

We are now looking for an ambitious and engaged property caretaker/craftsman, preferably with knowledge of painting and plastering, primarily for maintenance and repairs. We prefer that you have prior experience in craftsmanship, carpentry, and repairs. The position can be part-time with the possibility of full-time, and the engagement will last for a considerable period.

It is meritorious if you have education in a relevant field. You should have good knowledge of various tools and how to apply them in the best possible way.

As a person, you are meticulous, reliable, and have an eye for detail. You are also self-initiating and not afraid to take the lead.

For the right candidate, there are excellent development opportunities within our company that could eventually lead to overall responsibility for all our units regarding caretaking and craftsmanship. For the sake of our guests, we prefer that you are smoke- and snus-free.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and employment starts immediately. The work is part-time, approx. 30–40 hours per week.
