Peab Transport and Machinery was established in 1965 and is part of the Peab Group. Today, we have three workshops located in Örkelljunga, Landskrona, and Förslöv. We have approximately 30 employees and an annual turnover of around 60 MSEK. We perform all types of service and repairs on trucks and construction machinery. All three of our workshops are accredited by SWEDAC.

About the role

We are looking for a skilled blacksmith/vehicle mechanic to join our workshop in Förslöv. Your main responsibilities will include blacksmithing and repairing construction equipment, such as buckets and other types of welding, as well as repairs and service on all types of vehicles, including:

• Trucks and trailers
• Construction machinery
• Light trucks/passenger cars

Field work is included.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is cheerful, outgoing, and able to contribute with personal knowledge. Your competence in the field and ability to build good relationships with our customers are of great importance to our operations. Since we work closely together in a small team, personal suitability is highly valued.

We prefer that you have a few years of experience in blacksmithing and are also interested in working with repairs on other types of machinery and vehicles. Even if you lack experience, you are welcome to apply.

A valid B-driver's license is required.
