Are you interested in working with people, service, and properties as part of a cheerful team? Are you organized and in good physical shape? Then you might be the person we are looking for as an Environmental Caretaker at Rosengård Fastighets AB.

Responsibilities

Working together in a team of four environmental caretakers, you will ensure that the outdoor areas around our properties remain clean and tidy. This involves collecting large bulky waste, such as furniture, as well as walking around with a cleaning cart to pick up litter. Outdoor maintenance tasks include weed control, grass mowing, snow clearing, and more.

The working hours alternate weekly: one week you work Monday–Wednesday 07:00–16:00, Thursday–Friday 07:00–14:00, and Saturday or Sunday 07:00–11:00. The following week, you work Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who speaks and writes Swedish fluently. Additional language skills are a plus. You must be proficient in using a smartphone to communicate with colleagues and handle occasional fault reports.

A valid Category B driver's license is required.

You play a vital role in our efforts to create a good living environment for our tenants.

You are a good collaborator and unpretentious. You have strong planning skills and can effectively organize your workday together with your closest coworker. Since the work can sometimes be challenging, you need to have patience and a positive attitude.

The job involves working outdoors year-round and includes heavy lifting, so you need both ergonomic knowledge and good physical fitness.

The Offer

This is a fixed-term position from August 17 to May 31.
