Facility Technician
At Koenigsegg, we constantly challenge the boundaries of innovation. There is now a unique opportunity to become part of the Ghost Squadron and join our Maintenance and Facility team. As a Facility Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our facilities. Your tasks will range from monitoring building systems to proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment.
- Carry out cost-reducing initiatives and recommend improvements for increased energy efficiency.
- Perform general building repairs, such as painting, carpentry, and gypsum board maintenance.
- Manage and act as the key contact during emergencies, such as power outages, alarms, or equipment failures, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Ensure that the facility and contracted services comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.
- Generate reports on facility status, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate and monitor work performed by external suppliers and contractors.
- Implement environmentally friendly methods and procedures for waste management.
To thrive in this role, you must be a skilled problem solver who enjoys an environment with frequently shifting priorities. Jumping in where needed is second nature to you. The ideal candidate also has the ability to act quickly and efficiently in high-pressure situations and collaborate with both internal and external contacts. As we work in an international environment, proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in facility maintenance.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
- Technical competence in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
- Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- License for forklifts, lifts (scissor and boom), and wheel loaders.
- Hot work permit.
- Fall protection training.
Availability:
- Immediate start/according to agreement.
- Full-time position.
- Standard working hours 40 hours/week, 07:00–16:00. Overtime may occur.
