The position involves working as an hourly employee in Region Service. You will support various operations with your skills in daily work. This is a job that offers great variety and change.

Job Responsibilities

We primarily offer hourly employment. This means the number of working hours per week may vary.

As an employee in Service Team 1 and 2, you will support several different professional categories, such as cleaners, service hosts/meal servers, as well as transporters/building attendants. Your role may include tasks from several professional categories.

As a service employee, your tasks may include, among others:

• Cleaning/cleaning of receptions, wards, office spaces, and common areas. Patient-related cleaning and disinfection are also included.
• Transport patients, mail, samples, food, and goods to various departments of the hospital. Transport of deceased persons occurs.
• Various tasks within the ward kitchen. Preparing food and coffee for patients, brewing coffee, handling dishes, and ordering food.

The work takes place in a hospital environment, and you work side by side with nurses, doctors, assistant nurses, and building attendants. In your daily work, you also interact with patients present in the premises.

Since we operate Monday through Sunday, working hours may include weekends and evening shifts. Working hours can vary starting as early as 06:00.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and computer literate. The position requires very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have education and/or experience in one or more of the professional categories. Personal suitability is given great importance.

We are looking for you who are passionate about providing good service and want to help create a good and pleasant care environment for the patients in Skåne. Good treatment and a high level of service are crucial for the patient's hospital stay. Therefore, we want you to be positive, accommodating, and have a genuine interest in the service profession. It is also important that you are responsible and meticulous in your work. If you recognize yourself in this description, we will thrive together!

• For service host duties, education/experience in restaurant and large-scale catering is an advantage.
• For cleaner duties, SRY, Danish Hygiene Standard, and INSTA800 are advantageous.
• For building attendant duties, driver's license, forklift license A, and D1 are advantageous.

All positions fall under the Collective Agreement Area HÖK Kommunal.

The salary range for new hires is between 22,500 SEK and 26,500 SEK.
