We are now looking for 2 dedicated seasonal Property Technicians in Helsingborg!

What does the job entail?

The tasks include customer contact, ongoing property maintenance, repairs, and service. The job also includes some administrative tasks. You contribute to maintaining our properties, areas, and providing service to our tenants in the best possible way!

Who are you?

Experience in property maintenance is a requirement. You enjoy technical tasks combined with classic property maintenance and have education in a relevant field.

A driving license (B) is also a requirement. Our workflows are digitized, so good computer skills are desirable.

As a person, you are technically inclined and a problem solver with a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility. You take initiative and can plan your workday effectively.

Since the job involves a lot of contact with both tenants and suppliers, you need to have good social skills and be service-oriented. You contribute positively to the group's well-being and community, and you show good engagement at work.

About the position

The position is a full-time seasonal employment for 2 months during the summer season from June to August. You will report to our Property Manager in Helsingborg and be part of a cheerful team with dedicated colleagues!
